Located in Downtown Frederick at 451 Oak Street.
FROM I-25 and HWY 52- Go East on Hwy 52 until Colorado Blvd.
- Go North on Colorado, until you come to Fifth Street (about 3 city blocks)
- Go East on Fifth St and look for LIFE's Welcome team. They will direct you to the parking lot.
- Services are currently held in the space on the East side of the Miner's Square Building.
- Head East on 119 until you come to CO 13 (or Colorado Blvd).
- Go South for a couple of miles until you come upon Fifth Street
- Go East on Fifth St and look for LIFE's Welcome team. They will direct you to the parking lot.
